This is a fully restored Seiko “Regatta” or Yachstmaster or sailboat racing timing watch. I’m not really sure what they’re called, honestly. But they’re neat. Anyway, they’re one of Seiko’s only double-bezel designs - outer rotating ring and internal rotating indicator ring.

• 21j 6119C non-hacking movement fully serviced, repaired, restored

• Movement upgraded with upper & lower mainspring arbor jewels

• Mainspring upgraded to slightly stiffer one to give higher amplitude

• Dial surface stabilized and re-clear coated

• Dial and hands relumed with my Vinta-Lume

• EXTREMELY RARE NOS Indicator ring installed

• EVEN RARER NOS rotating ring installed

• Case rebuilt with all new seals

• KVW crystal installed

• Case in original polish; good case edges and surfaces.

• Bracelet is modern Uncle Seiko; solid stainless steel, fantastic quality

• Caseback is a clear display one from a modern Seiko. These would have come with a standard solid stainless back, but this watch was missing the back when it came to me. I liked seeing my handiwork so I left it.
